Job Summary:
As an LPN and Aesthetic Medical Assistant at Park Aesthetics, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while embodying our mission to cultivate confidence through subtle, natural enhancements. You'll assist our providers with various clinical and administrative tasks, such as taking vital signs, recording patient history, educating patients about our cosmetic services, and preselling treatments. Your expertise and professionalism will ensure every patient leaves our clinic feeling confident and revitalized.
Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a medical office, ideally within plastic surgery or aesthetic practices.
- College degree preferred.

Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
- Patient Care & Initial Assessment: Escort patients to exam rooms, record vital signs, and update medication/skincare regimens. Prepare treatment rooms to ensure seamless procedures.
- Treatment Education & Preselling: Assist providers by explaining cosmetic services, expected outcomes, and cost ranges to patients.
- Provider Support: Prepare treatment materials and organize patient information before each procedure.
- Patient Guidance: Ensure patients fully understand their post-treatment care plans and product instructions.
- Photo Documentation: Capture high-quality photos for patient records.
- Exam Room Maintenance: Sterilize rooms and escort patients to checkout for follow-ups.
Secondary Duties:
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, maintain supply organization, and promptly notify staff of restocking needs.
- Additional Support: Perform other duties as needed to enhance clinic operations.
