Job Summary:
At Park Aesthetics, the Director of Aesthetic Skincare will lead the non-injectable side of our aesthetic services. This role is pivotal in enhancing and expanding our offerings, including Glo2Facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and personalized skincare regimens. The Director will ensure these services meet the highest standards, driving innovation and excellence in patient care and treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for non-injectable aesthetic services to align with Park Aesthetics' mission and goals.
- Lead and manage the non-injectable aesthetics team, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute long-term strategies for growth and service expansion in the non-injectable sector.
Clinical Oversight:
- Oversee clinical operations for non-injectable treatments, ensuring all services meet the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor clinical protocols and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and training to the aesthetics team, fostering continuous professional development in non-injectable treatments.
Patient Care:
- Ensure a patient-centered approach in all aspects of non-injectable care, from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
- Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the development and implementation of personalized non-injectable treatment plans, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and techniques.
Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for staff on the latest techniques and best practices in non-injectable aesthetic treatments.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure the team is well-equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Business Development:
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand Park Aesthetics' non-injectable service offerings.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional strategies for non-injectable services.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field (MD, RN, NP, or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare or medical aesthetics industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of non-injectable aesthetic treatments and industry trends.
- Strong business acumen and experience with strategic planning and execution.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team.

- Develop and maintain treatment protocols and guidelines for non-injectable services.
- Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust protocols as needed to ensure optimal results.
Secondary Duties:
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for staff on new techniques and best practices.
- Participate in industry conferences and workshops to stay current with the latest trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and campaigns that promote non-injectable services.
- Gather and analyze data on treatment efficacy and client satisfaction to continually improve services.
