Position: Nurse Practitioner
Department: Back Office
Reports to: Master Injector and Medical Director
Location: Savannah, GA
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
At Park Aesthetics, our Nurse Practitioners are pivotal in delivering comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care. This role involves taking medical histories, performing examinations, ordering laboratory tests, and developing treatment plans under the supervision of the Master Injector and Medical Director. The position enables the physicians to focus on complex patient cases, ensuring superior patient care and outcomes.

Education and Experience:

  1. Minimum of five years of experience in a medical office, preferably as a medical assistant or nurse practitioner.
  2. Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program with a current license.
  3. Experience in non-surgical aesthetic treatments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

  • Provide direct patient care in alignment with the standards and style set by the Master Injector and Medical Director.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking medical histories, performing physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and patient needs.
  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to, laser treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling.

Patient Education and Support:

  • Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
  • Ensure clear communication so patients understand that they are being treated by a nurse practitioner.
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic patient support, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Regularly review and update treatment protocols in consultation with the Master Injector and Medical Director.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in regular reviews of delegated patient services and practice guidelines to ensure optimal care delivery.

Training and Development:

  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
  • Attend professional development opportunities and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Mentor and support other members of the clinical team, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.

Quality Assurance and Improvement:

  • Monitor treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction, making adjustments to protocols as needed.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all clinical activities comply with state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
