Cancellation Fee for Longer Appointments

For appointments involving Filler or any services lasting 45 minutes or longer, a cancellation fee will be applicable. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. If we do not receive a cancellation notice within the specified time frame and there are no extenuating circumstances, a fee of $50 will be charged.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, meaning you neither attend your appointment nor inform us of your inability to do so, we will implement our no-show policy. Without prior notification, a fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file or applied as a negative credit to your account. We kindly request that you inform us in advance if you are unable to make it to your appointment to avoid any inconvenience and charges.
